IFS is a transformative tool that conceives of every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Just like members of a family, inner parts are forced from their valuable states into extreme roles within us. Self is in everyone. It can’t be damaged. It knows how to heal.

What is IFS?
If you have ever thought “part of my feels one way.. and another part feels the opposite” then you’re already on the right path :) We listen and connect the different parts of you with your deepest Self, a core of you inside which is calm, clear, compassionate, creative). We listen to the parts, start to understand them better and help them come together harmoniously. It’s curious, interesting, deeply healing and very effective. It’s also a certified evidence-based practice.
What do you the therapist do in a session?
In IFS my role is to be a friendly guide, facilitating and being there for you and your parts, as you get to know your ‘internal system’. I’ll be there to help you ask good questions which lead to system changes, and releasing.
How long does it last?
I can work with you long or short term, you can decide. You may want support on a deep issue for some time. Or once you've learnt the IFS basics with me, you might want to go try it yourself in your life and come back if and when you need.
How can I book?
