I am a licensed and accredited Trauma-informed Clinical Hypnotherapist. With my clients needs and intentions centre to the work, I utilise a range of therapeutic tools and techniques to guide through the experience. This may call upon different tools in my therapeutic toolbox such as Gestalt, Neurolinguistic Programming, Inner Child, Somatic IFS, CBT-Hypno, and NLP & IFS Parts work, to best reach your breakthrough. The therapeutic method is only the means to reach that result for you.
My practice is client centred, non-judgemental, and solution focussed, which means even within a programme I tailor my approach to your unique needs and experiences, and fully accept you as you are today.

I am an IFS Practitioner trained by the IFS Institute, which deepened my practice of parts work, along with my wonder for its profound impact. More and more IFS is taking a lead in my client work. I am also a Certified TRE Provider, a somatic practice, delivering 1 to1 and group neurogenic tremouring classes, and also EFT Tapping and Vagus Nerve Support. I am an I-ACT Manager in the workplace and deliver Shake Clubs for organisations in UK and Central Europe.
I am a lifelong student of ancient healing traditions and their use of trance, connection, release. The wonderful Yogic sleep, Nidra for example. I am initiated into Level 2 of Prana Nadi, sometimes called Tibetan Reiki, an ancient life process support which can only be given, and is forbidden to monetise (which I like a lot, in this world of commodified wellness). I also specialise in working with BFRB’s (as a referred TLC Foundation BFRB Therapist), and have specialised in phobia’s, anxiety, smoking addictions, psychosomatic illness, chronic pain relief, sleep, creativity and women’s health. I trained under Dr John Butler in the field of Medical Hypnotherapy for surgical settings. My core area of work now is my Signature programme HOME which is shaped around and guides through what I know best: my own experience.
I have been a Ritual Designer, which grew from the intersection of my love for the power of ritual, and my 12 years experience producing immersive theatrical experiences and set decoration for the film industry.
I am a trained Wellbeing & Safeguarding Facilitator in the Film Industry, to improve Mental Health and encourage a more humane work culture, training with the BFI and 6ft From. I very much enjoy variety, which for me feeds my blueprint for joy-led life, and I occasionally still work as a Set Decorator in film on the right projects.
My work has been featured in national and international publication’s and news outlets, and I have written for wonderful well-being platforms such as mindbodygreen and chopra. I love to share on topics including creativity, systems thinking approaches to society healing, and human potential.
I am a keen potter making all sorts from clay, and a besotted dog mother.
